Regular users progress through Levels 1-5 based on their activity and rating quality.
Ratings from users with cultural ties to a cuisine are weighted more heavily.
Users level up by consistently providing quality ratings and reviews.
Professional chefs, food critics, and culinary school graduates with verified credentials.
Experts must verify their culinary credentials to receive expert status.
Experts are classified into Levels 1-3 based on their professional experience and qualifications.
Expert ratings carry more weight in the final score calculation.

How a Level 3 user from Italy rates a pasta dish.
Formula:
8 × 1.0 × 1.5 = 12
Weighted Rating: 12
Marco gave the Spaghetti Carbonara an 8/10. Since he's Italian rating Italian food, his country coefficient is 1.0. As a Level 3 user, his level coefficient is 1.5. Multiplying these factors together (8 × 1.0 × 1.5) gives a weighted rating of 12.
This weighted rating would be combined with other user ratings and divided by the total number of reviewers to calculate the final regular user score for the dish.
